A platform established to accumulate a portfolio consisting of Section 106 shared equity schemes acquired directly from building developers at a significant discount from open market values. The strategy aims to sell the S106 properties to qualifying end users at a discount of open market value whilst ensuring a margin to investors.  To date 2 S106 sites have been acquired, one of which was exited Q4 2013 at an achieved Investor IRR of 100%.
