Dr. Mohammed Senan Al Jalal
Dr. Mohammed Senan Al Jalal is a Professor of Fiqh and Shari’ah Laws at Sana’a University, and other universities in Yemen. He is a member of numerous Shari'ah Boards of Islamic banks and Takaful companies, and also a member of the Shari’ah Board of the Islamic Units at the Central Bank of Yemen. Dr. Al Jalal holds a PhD with honours in Fiqh Studies from Al- Medina University, Saudi Arabia.
Sheikh Esam Mohammed Ishaq

Shaikh Esam Mohammed Ishaq is an expert in the application of Shari’ah Law across all aspects of Islamic finance. His is currently a member of the Shari’ah Supervisory Boards at Arcapita and Al Baraka Islamic Bank in Bahrain, and Meezan Islamic Bank in Pakistan. He is also a member of the Shari’ah Supervisory Boards of IIFM (International Islamic Financial Market) and AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions) which is a member of the Union Council of the Council of Member States of the Organization of Islamic Conference. He has also served as Shari’ah Advisor to Bahrain Development Bank. Sheikh Ishaq provides instruction in Fiqh, Aqeeda and Tafseer courses in both English and Arabic at centres across Bahrain, including Al Fateh Mosque. He is Chairman of the Muslim Educational Committee of Bahrain, and a member of the Board of Trustees at Al Imam Islamic School in Manama. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
Dr Mohamed Ali Elgari
Dr. Mohammed Ali Elgari is an Expert at the Islamic Jurisprudence Academy of the OIC and the Islamic Jurisprudence Academy of the Islamic World League, and a member of the Shari'ah Council of AAOFI. He is also a member of numerous Shari'ah Boards of Islamic banks and Takaful companies worldwide. He was formerly a Professor of Islamic Economics and Director of the Centre for Research in Islamic Economics at King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dr Elgari is a member of the editorial boards of several academic publications in the field of Islamic finance and Jurisprudence. He has written several books on Islamic finance, and published numerous articles on the subject, both in Arabic and English. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences worldwide. Dr. Elgari is the recipient of the Islamic Development Bank Prize in Islamic Banking and Finance for the year 1424H (2004). He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, USA.
